      Pros

      1. good starting salary 2. openess 3. projects are diversed and many to choose from 4. company takes care of employees or that I have come to understand.

      Cons

      1 workload is erratic, sometimes too much sometimes too less but nonetheless you have to stay in office for minimum 9~10 hours. 2. after good starting salary, you can be stuck in a limbo. 3. if u don't take care of your professional goals you will be put on incoherent projects and in the end you would nt have single theme in your resume.

      Pros

      There are a lot of travel opportunities. They have a very flexible management system. They are pretty consistent with the managerial structure regardless of leniency. As long as the work is done right, you are well compensated and more.

      Cons

      The corporate headquarters is quite far off from the center of businesses including the available commercial communities such as restaurants.

      Pay is good, provided you negotiate it before joining. Hikes are good You are never fired from the company(unless you are really really hopeless)! Long staying employees are promoted automatically

      Cons

      No growth opportunity for technically talented people! Inompetent managers and senior management. No trust in Employees! Strict office timings! Ridiculous policies! Work environment not at all good for an MNC like Samsung. No work life balance and no team outings!
