      Good Salary, get to work on good technologies, good travel options. overall there is a job satisfaction. There is some support for higher education

      The information sharing is very poor One will not even know the details of product he or she is working The culture or employee friendliness is not very good

      lots of onsite opportunities . benefits like free food,health checkup etc trained to work under pressure so if you cope here you can work anywhere

      Cons

      same work...less technical growth.,working on same technology and doing mostly testing less of development bad work culture..senior managers have less of minds
