      The work load is not balanced, many people don't have any work to do and some people almost stay daily till post midnigh

      Pros

      The Brand value of Samsung is very good it will help to get through a good university it one is planning to furthur study. The package is good enough. Good opportunities to travel abroad.

      Cons

      Learning is very less. Senior people except few are not helpful as they also don't have much knowledge about the platform and code flow You need to learn by yourself there will no training given to you.

      1. Wont be able to retain programming skills 2. More emphasis on Hard work than Smart work 3. Too much security @ workplace. Less trust on employees 4. No decision making here. All decisions making powers with Headquaters @ Seoul
