      Good work (Usual Disclaimer: Depends on the project) Greater impact (Think of your code being used by millions of people in the world) Good Salary and Good perks when compared with other(s) competitors Easy and faster growth on technical roles if you are competent

      Cons

      No superstars to look up to or inspire.(Can be pros as well you can be one easily after convincing the HQ ;-) ) Thinking HQ (Korea) as customers and not as peers attitude(mainly because of old timers). Not a place for people to stay longer who aspire to be Hacker but a good place to start with.
