      Give ample amount of time to relax .No work from home culture leave your work tension in office and return back to home and enjoy

      Cons

      Less increment in salary.Dont have an option to jump apart from technical if you want to go to managerial line . As you go higher up in the hierarchy you will become a technical manager only .Techical will run behind you .
