Regard employee as a monkey. No standards with the salaries. Shares the risks of the industry with the personals, so your bonus is so much undecided and you may not expect a single number. It is a zombie world, they are just wandering the campus without any thoughts. Moreover, this kind if company culture is being encouraged by the management
