There is no loyalty to the "Westerners" they "buy in" to the organisation and the significant efforts they make to the organisation. - Within the European HQ, generally bullying is the management style of choice - Long working hours are expected and are the norm, no appreciation of going over and above will occur and there will be no celebration of successes before having to move rapidly onto the next task.
