Excellent people, and great culture. Having the best product in the market also makes it easier on customer relations.

Cons

Although I see it as something positive the changes in the company they are pretty constant and you have to get used to it, it will keep you on your toes.

- Great products and good customers. - Talented people

Cons

-Internal Chaos: Had 6 Managers in 5 Years. Horrible! -Bad Leadership. Managers get promoted with zero leadership skills, and no training is given. There is a lot of backstabbing and horrible behaviour by managers, and they get away with it. -No career possibility unless one is based in Dublin or SF. -Promotions are handled badly. In no other company, I worked for, it was this bad.
