      You will always have the resources to succeed if you take the initiative to find them. Career development opportunities are plentiful and there is a shared focus on goal setting throughout the entire organization. Benefits are phenomenal. This organization is built by people who truly live it's values.

      Cons

      Some people can be overwhelmed by the constant state of change most business units are in; IMO this comes with the territory of being a top tech company.
