Use the company benefits to provided a good work/life balance. Unlimited PTO is a great benefit, not to be exploited

Cons

Constant changes in processes and procedures, shifting from one productivity product to another. As soon as you are getting acclimated to something, it changes. They are behind the curve in the Customer Success realm, other companies adopted this model 2-3 years before. Support product is lacking in comparison to other CRM competition. Constantly taking required classess.

Amenities were being taken away and the office was downsized, till they closed the doors and laid off due to RTO mandates.
