The culture amongst individual contributors is incredible. Everyone is always willing to learn & grow together. Great benefits & flexible work-life balance.

Cons

Internal promotions are extremely difficult to get, and moving to different teams internally is equal or harder to achieve. There seems to be a growing preference to hire out of hub cities, preventing awesome talent from growing if they don't live in a city of their choosing or if they are remote.
