      Pros

      Salesforce has a positive, fast paced environment where proactive work is highly appreciated and often recognized. If you have an idea or something you want to drive and you want to be a leader this is the place to be. There are lots of company sponsored team events, game rooms, good food, snacks and drinks, LOTS of professional development opportunities in the area of training courses in-house and support for educational development off site. The fast paced learning environment creates a lot of comradeship between hardworking employees. Employee satisfaction here is high but as with every company there are downsides.
