Pros
Radian6 offers a the best solution of it's kind in a market that's exploding. It's great to be part of a winning team. Although there are many social media hipsters who work there, many folks are down to earth developers or meat and potatoes sales people who do what they do well without having a million twitter followers. It's a good mix of people. Approachable exec team.
Cons
Since the Salesforce.com acquisition, some of the newer people feel disconnected from the leadership and don't own the brand as loyally as some of the employees who joined earlier do. However, the acquisition has boosted the earnings, the benefits and the mobility (geographical) of everyone.
