Salesforce is an exciting place to be, with a lot of innovation in our platform. It's a successful business, and treats employees well. Pay, perks and flexibility are all very good. The people are really nice and fun to work with.

Cons

I've worked for a lot of large enterprises and Salesforce is the best employer I've had.

1. Perks, No doubt about that considering a US based Service Product Organisation 2. Loop back to point 1 as you not find much except it.

Cons

1. Management hardly appreciate your hardwork. 2. Senior Management mostly engaged with their own dirty politics. 3. Reference Culture in senior most roles whether talent and experience are overlooked. 4. No Worklife Balance and lacks with basic corporate culture. 5. Employee Success Manager (HR) just for name sake as there is complete monopoly of senior management where you need to make them with their ego not with your hardwork.

- Shifting away from pure advisory work into delivery - Delivery projects suck; should allow the SIs to do those - Rapid top-down recalibrations can become overwhelming for some - Typical American workplace rules and culture
