Pros
Been here almost a year now. I can understand why most people stay here for so long. Benefits are great, values are strong, work is interesting. It has a very unique small company, entrepreneurial feel yet it's a massive company.
Cons
Lot of people are stressed thinking their work isn't highlighted enough / nervous about job stability - it comes through in meetings Do a better job managing redundant work across the org. Many teams work on similar activities, but no collaboration is really present as they may be too disparate. Need to steer this from the top down.
