I have been lucky I. That the last 3 years of working at Salesforce has been on the same team and an absolute great team, at that. My managers are amazing. My team is amazing. Work / life balance is good. We work hard, play hard, and get the job done.

Cons

Growth can be hard and internal promotions aren’t as glamours as being hired externally. I’ve heard of lots of boomerang situations play out better than being promoted from within.
