I have been in the IT industry for the 20 years and worked for multiple consulting companies and I feel Salesforce is one of the best companies which focus on work life balance, employee first strategy and employee growth.

Cons

Lot of travel depending upon client needs

Pros

The Company culture, values and the attention to the Employee, the spirit of continuous learning (feeling that everything could change); the company benefit are really innovative and aligned with the Company values of Trust and Wellbeing. The possibility to meet several people coming from different experience; the feeling we are in a great company where people are enthusiastic to live the same values.

Cons

The feeling that sometimes you could be alone, but to build network relation need time and few months are not enough to have broader view. The risk to not fully leaving the Company values if working 90% of the time with some clients where the same values are not considered a priority and the risk the hard work not fully recognised.
