Pros

1. Excellent Employee perks and benefits 2. Good shift allowance 3. The best place to work from office

Cons

1. The role involves meeting challenging performance metrics, which can lead to a high-pressure work environment. The constant need to meet strict metrics can result in burnout and decreased job satisfaction over time. 2. Ineffective leadership often resulted in low team morale, which negatively impacted productivity and job satisfaction. New senior managers and leaderships are hired who makes more strict metrics to achieve their goal to get promoted which in turn left the employees under him struggling to survive in the company. 3. The threat of being laid off can cause significant stress and anxiety, affecting overall well-being and performance. One bad day can cause you a great deal. You always have to be best in this role every single day otherwise you will be laid off on the basis of poor performance.
