It has been a struggle to continuously re-adapt to 3 different managers for our branch in three years - it's hard.

great benefits, good time off plan, retirement plan, good 401k contributions, bonus pay possible, dress is casual

Cons

Management is few in number with too much to do loaded on to them. One works hard and picks up all the slack while the other has a horrid temper and is extrememly difficult to work with. There are no checks or balances for bad managers so the problems continue to happen without any effort to mediate on HR's part.
