Interesting subjects in a great Scientific environment

Subjects you work on are really interesting, in a company at the front of innovation. With a majority of PhD, the scientific level is extremely high and motivating

Cons

Sometimes the working atmosphere doesn't feel dynamic enough

Pros

I was given a rewarding and complex problem and allowed personal ownership of the direction it was headed. I was not treated as lesser than the full time and senior engineers. I appreciated being included in the team.

Cons

As an intern, there was not enough work to fill the days. Some of the aspects of the job felt tedious but overall, a good experience.

Pros

nothing really except a relatively good salary, few good colleagues and a small/rapidly declining number of experienced staff.

Cons

There are several downsides but nothing as serious as the management. Incompetent management and a total lack of respect to staff. Couldn't agree more with a review berlow about bad managers with horrid tempers
