Overall, good culture with a focus on safety and collaboration. There is a good balance of women in leadership positions as well. Big focus on sustainability goals as well.

Cons

Currently, the company is undergoing a strategy shift and the change management has not been very good. Not a lot of clarity or transparency about changes in the future.
