Pros

Work life balance:- This company gives you work life balance as it has only 5 days working. Good leave policy

Cons

Low Salary:- Salary is very low compared to the others in the same industry . Low appraisals:- The appraisals are very low. Every year they explain how their business impacted and did not do well at the time of appraisals. Poor Management:- Some managers talk in very taunting way. If you ask them one question they will pass it on to HR or other higher level managers. They do not have any answer regarding growth opportunities. Sometimes it feels they do not value their subordinates. Diversity and inclusion is for lower level employees only. Managers can do whatever they want.

Some of the people are nice.

Cons

Cliquey, over cautious, lurching from one transformative project too another, lack of focus and coherent strategy, too political. Staff are over worked and under paid
