Pros

-free lunch Fridays (though usually Pizza or Panda Express) -good health insurance and other benefits with therapy and legal advice for free -intelligent coworkers -interesting work

Cons

-very little room for advancement, they don’t promote based on merit -very inexperience management -low starting salary, not a living wage for the area it is in -high pressure environment - company used to be less corporate and the employees who have been there longer are having a hard time adjusting -frequent lay-offs -high turn around with entry level positions

Passive - Aggressive Culture Will Kill This Company

Pros

Free Books Free Coffee/Tea Bonus Payments (Covers the day to day living costs for low paid workers)

Cons

Where do I start with this company. I really think SAGE is losing it's way and as a company does not value it's staff who work long hours under management who accepts doesn't condone the passive aggressive culture of the company. Salaries SAGE do not reflect the market and are very poor. The staff turn over very high due to no avenues for promotion or career growth. Hard work isn't rewarded or acknowledged by senior management and morale is pretty low.

Pros

Good office environment and friendly colleagues, good place to gain experience.

Cons

Was at the coming just over 4 years, had accepted the poor pay.... But then got a new manager who treated me like a 5yr old who didn't know how to go their job, i left soon after. Pay isn't anywhere near what other companies offer and also you can be assured of having to work late. Leadership is very secretive and not open, so 'middle and bottom tier' workers don't ever know the full picture of the vision and direction they are headed in.
