Poor pay

Pros

Leaves is the only pro I can think of

Cons

The current payroll after revision is still not enough to cover the cost of only living (groceries, rent and travel to work) Employees are overburdened with work and always expected to go above and beyond without any expectations Micromanagement Two of the current roles are doing the same work in different salaries

Thank you for your feedback regarding the compensation practices at Sage and your workload. We understand that appropriate compensation and workload balance are very important and personal matters to all employees. Sage undertakes regular compensation benchmarking to evaluate all jobs to ensure appropriate salaries and ranges for each role. Also, managers are expected to maintain a reasonable workload balance within the department and for each individual. As always, employees may reach out to their manager or to the Human Resources team if they would like to have a deeper discussion about their compensation and workload.

Pros

Great work-life balance with hybrid working Nice office space, with plenty of choices for agile working Plenty of social events and opportunities Raising awareness for inclusion, diversity and social issues Good parental leave, healthcare, pension benefits, bonus scheme, holiday allowance

Cons

Very little room for progression/promotion in certain departments US counterparts seem to get promoted quickly and easily compared to UK Poor communication across departments, resulting in confusion, problems and errors when working together. Issues would be avoided if people took initiative.
