Pros

At the time, it offered great experience for employees; with share in dividend, annual bonus, etc. India top boss was a great support to me personally. SAGE, in it's original conception of legendary founder Dr. Sara Miller McCune, was an incredible company which looked after its employees very well.

Cons

At the time, it was top-down; wrong hirings at management level cause insecurities; Sad that their books vertical had to close down. It makes me sad. I gave 5.5 years to the business.
