Pros

Really friendly & inclusive company, and for the large part they do really care about their employees welfare. Excellent place to work if you require flexibility. Decent benefits package. General company mission and ethos is very inspiring. Nice offices and location.

Cons

People rarely leave editorial roles, especially top management roles, so progression beyond mid-level is limited and it also means the same people are always the decision makers.

Will not find better benefits anywhere everyone in the company is very approachable, the CEO tries hard to get to know everyone. I had nothing but great experiences from the top level executives. college reimbursement program so you can get yourself a degree.

Cons

Covid has changed the company. very small amount of people working in office. seems like a disconnect from middle management to the top levels.
