The only good thing about the company is that it's an MNC nothing else and the company suits for freshers not for the experienced professionals.

Cons

Not very employee friendly company, lots of politics only seasoned employee suffers those who performs, favoratisim policy is at its peak.

Pros

You'll love your coworkers and the benefits are pretty stellar. Those two things kept me in this job a lot longer than I thought I would.

Cons

Definitely was underpaid for the amount of work, expect to take up a lot of slack for no extra pay if someone leaves - they won't hire anyone new for ages and ages. Opportunities for growth are limited.
