      employee friendly, good work atmosphere, safe for women , give lt of oppotunity to employees. the growth is also huge in this company. the company has an eye for innovative and hard working people.

      some times hard works is not appreciated. some times no matter how hard ypu work and how good you work it gtes overlooked and instead some one else's effort are considered who not even worked

      After 9 years at SAGE, I still feel the same as I did when I first joined the company. It's an incredible place to work!

      Pros

      SAGE Publications is a collegial and pleasant working environment. The culture is friendly and engaging and the employees are appreciated. Without hesitation I would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in pursuing a career in academic publishing. The benefits are incredible and the communication from senior management is clear and effective.

      Cons

      For someone who wishes to reside in a city environment in Southern California, the commute could be a challenge. The company is located in the suburbs and the location is better suited for someone with a family.
