Pros

Enjoyed my time at SAGE Publications. The company is great about advancing career opportunities for individuals. If you are looking to grow within a company than SAGE is a place in which advancement opportunities are plenty. I also liked the fringe benefits that SAGE provided which made work more pleasant, such as free lunch on fridays, casual day, great health coverage, and monthly massage reimbursements.

Cons

The legal department at the time had lots of Internal conflict between colleagues. The department was expanding and this might have been the cause of the internal conflict. I worked in the Teller location, the other locations in Thousand Oaks that have a nice building and facilities.

Pros

Great benefits while I was there. They had an idea of being a family minded company...see below

Cons

The family idea is really a shame upper management shills to the workers for morale but when it comes down to it they are ruthless.
