Pros

This company is legitimate and genuine about its values and standards. Very ethical. Teams collaborate well, management cares about ideas and progress. The company is cautious, but also stable.

Cons

Pay could be a bit better, but the perks and benefits are amazing, so not as much of a con as it could be.

Pros

Work-life balance, no big issue of leaves/days off, free lunch (if you consider it as one of the "pros")

Cons

Very low salaries. Also the gap between CTC and take home salary is very high. No growth opportunties, they prefer to hire people from outside rather than considering their own employees. There is a huge gap in what the managers say and actually do. At almost every level. It's an average growing company in India that is trying to cut the expenses by penetrating in tier 2 city, and by not paying even satisfying salaries. Politics is definitely there. You just can't trust anyone, even the top management. It's a misuse of open door policy.
