Pros

Nice colleagues and there are some great people trying to bring

Cons

Experience at SAGE very dependent on the manager you have. Generally very poor middle-management. Poor support for disabled and marginalized workers. Too much resistance to address inequalities and support employees.

Pros

The people are nice. The company has quite good benefits (i.e. bonus, more holiday the longer you work there, flexible working is becoming more possible)

Cons

Not the most progressive company, things are incredibly slow to change. Career progression isn't great. Everyone is very much from the same background.
