Hybrid work Everyone stays for a long time which is a good sign? And they are pretty happy Onboarding is set up well Love the support from managers Team dynamics have been great Overall great company with values and leadership Great benefits

Cons

Mostly remote/hybrid but does have connections events a month but can impact social interactions Departmental divide when encountering in person events (everyone sticks to their department mostly)
