The Work Away experience has been very positive — it provides flexibility to manage work-life balance while still feeling connected to the team. Management trusts employees to deliver, and there are clear structures in place to stay aligned even when working remotely. It’s great for focusing on deep work without constant interruptions.

Cons

Collaboration can sometimes feel slower compared to being in the office, and it takes more effort to build personal connections with colleagues. Time zone differences can also make scheduling a challenge.
