Overall, good environment, great people to work with. An awesome hands-on learning environment. One of the best companies I've worked for. Benefits are top notch and employee reimbursement for continuous learning.

Cons

Department heads were located in UK. Forced to be aligned with UK standards which oftentimes clashed with US reality. Timezone differences, weekend work.
