Pros

NIce group of people, good product

Cons

Overloaded organization, needs to be streamlined and cleaned up. There seems to be a lot of people that forgot how to think a bit openly, and this gets in the way of getting things done efficiently. Also, many positions now seem to be unnecessary and are perhaps leftovers from previous hiring crazes.

Pros

Sage Software, NA, is a large company with a diverse product mix. This allows for significant horizontal career growth. Benefits are very good and flex time is a part of the culture. The management chain is deep enough to allow significant upward career growth.

Cons

Some products are old and stale. many of the software tools and tech are outdated. Investment in new/revamped products is limited. Some the equipment is outdated. Budgeting is tight, though this has allowed management to limit layoffs when things get tight.
