      very good benefits except if you are older

      Cons

      lack of real management for the future of the company. clients only there to be used for income and not providing services and when it is limited. a great deal of unprofessional handling of clients needs and to recruit new clients. Missuse of Partners to the point of causing the decline of the product line. Future of company is very limited if at all. they have continued to loose market share. No real growth of product line. sage reduces work force of very successfull managers, only to leave lower level management to be promoted into positions they have not proven or have proved themselves successful

      Flex time Reasonable income Protracted end in sight (you'll have a job for a little longer)

      Cons

      You won't get anywhere in your career. Spend enough time at the company, they will get rid of you. Fairness? No such thing.

      good benefits...starts with three weeks vacation it's located in a good place business casual dress code good work hours

      Management keeps making a lot of changes that confuse the partners. They try to go direct but they still need the channel.
