Pros

The people are professional, level-headed and tolerant - a pleasure to work with; the building is a fantastic space and really energising. You can freely choose your work-life balance.

Cons

Lack of formal career structure means that promotions and pay rises feel cherry-picked; social life of the company could be better (more active).

Cons

Each division seems to work independently and not a lot of collaboration happens between different offices.

Pros

Perks are good (pension, healthcare, educational assistance etc). Not particularly stressful. If you're semi-capable and want a relatively stress free 9-5, then it's a good match for you. Big emphasis on people - lots of opportunities to move to different job areas.

Cons

Salaries not competitive, increases and bonuses are miserable and not worth the effort - Sage trains up people to leave for better salaries. Bad staff are tolerated for far too long. Group-wide initiatives often impractical and a pain to implement. Does not invest sensibly in products that could be more profitable.
