Pros

The ability to work from home. Substantial paid time off at start of employment. Better than average benefit package. Short company name.

Cons

Turning into just another call center only concerned with throwing warm bodies on the phones. Lack of care for employees or customer.

Pros

As a growing start up things change very fast. If you are able to adapt to this you will find many interesting and engaging opportunities arise and you are able to move into new roles within the company. Very fast product development means there are always new things to learn about and its great to work in a company which makes customers happy.

Cons

Sometimes communication can be poor for a small company and direction is changed often.
