Changes happening in the company

Pros

Sage needs to change its business to compete with solutions that are now available in the cloud and is making an effort to do this. The question is whether it can change the business fast enough to compete and be successful. Time will tell.

Cons

The company is going through a major re-organization across all business units and departments. If you join, you need to understand that everything is changing and that everything is being centralized instead of independent operating models. There are lots of opportunities but many are lower level roles.

Pros

Good benefits, great co-workers, good managers.

Cons

Sage is going through a major transition, and change is always a bit scary. They tend to roll out the changes, with barely any warning to employees.
