Pros

Great team, easy to get by car with free parking, onsite gym, varied and interesting work, flexible working hours to suit childcare

Cons

Very long hours, little support from Management, back stabbing environment between different area's

Free car park, great building, positive customer service culture.

Cons

Short term thinking from management to get quick results in customer service.There's a focus coming from the higher ups to lessen the focus on providing a good service and to focus on providing a quick, transactional service instead. This goes against the company's focus for the last few years.
