      Losing trust in Sage

      Pros

      - Good and kind people (though the culture has changed within the last few years, there are more and more politics) - Some level of autonomy

      Cons

      - Return to the office is not working, not enough desks, it's like a call centre, you have to nearly sit on top of each other - Lack of office benefits, there are some drinks and fruits provided, only Newcastle HQ has a canteen with hot food - Some key teams can be really siloed (refuse to play ball, refuse to provide info, refuse to collaborate-- and guess what, no one could do anything about it)

      Feels like things are moving in the wrong direction from a leadership level- lots of uncertainty, cancelled projects, and the mandated office days…
