      Pros

      Transparent, responsive recruitment process They deliver on work AND life, not work or life balance Flexible working environment and schedule Excellent benefits and culture Innovative, transparent leadership willing to take smart risks A "small company-family" feel with big-company vision

      Cons

      The only minor item I can think of is more competitive lifestyle benefits (i.e. gym reimbursement)

      * Remote position * Thoughtful boss & good colleagues * Culture shifting in right direction * Sage Foundation & gift matching * Tools and equipment provided * Lots of learning opportunities (LinkedIn learning, SageU, etc)

      Great culture, interesting and varied work Big effort being made to talk customer, colleague success and innovation. Needs concerted effort to translate into business change Opportunity from becoming part of Big Sage Flexible working environment Good benefits

      Cons

      Still some post acquisition bedding in needs to take place Clear direction needs to be re-established locally. Recent changes will support this.
