      Pros

      Hours and work-life balance. I get to spend more time with myself and family. I couldn't ask for better hours.

      So far there are not any cons to mention. Everything is going swell. No complaints at all

      Pros

      Although Safelite is a multi-national company, the Phoenix call center has a supportive family feel. The Benefits and compensation are normal for the area. The leadership is great from the team leads to the management.

      Cons

      The only conis days off are not consecutive.
