Pros

I really enjoy the constantly changing work environment. It is great to have the support of a great team and know that we all work together for the most part very well and to actually get annual reviews.

Cons

I think sometimes to many people focus on stupid things and forget how great it is to have a very stable job working for a fast growing company,.. There is always going to be challenges and it is all about participating in the outcome...

Pros

It's good pay for a call center position. The management is relatable. If you put forth the effort, there are opportunities for promotions. This is a great job for a people person.

Cons

You really do need to make sure you get to work and log in on time. They are pretty strict about clocking in even one minute late.
