      Good training with plenty of hands on experience. There is a good possibility to be able to advance to a replacement technician.

      Pros

      Good bonus system, even though it's hard to get bonuses. They pay for a phone for you and give you a car/van to work out of. They pay for nice uniforms.

      Cons

      All the managers really care about is money. They don't care about employees or their lives.
