Pay(not worth it in the long run) A little bit of flexibility(I had my best friend die on the day of my shift, I show up for 10 minutes and ask to leave because, well... my best friend die. They said no.)

Some of the people there really care and are trying to make a difference and actually live the values.

Cons

Upper management is so completely disconnected from the real world. Conflicting KPIs, lack of support and training, constantly changing expectations and top level heavy.
