Pros

benefits package is absolutely amazing because it is an international business.

Cons

No help from district level and above. Extremely unrealistic goals are shoved down your throat and somehow you must poop it out and make it smell nice right on all of your technician's clipboards every single morning. AND THEN somehow make all the customers happy that the system over booked ON TOP of an undertrained technician (90% of them now because of turnover) that just cost the company 74k totaling a 2024 tundra.
