      Good work-life balance, I have a lot of independency towards my job

      All initiatives are hard to execute because of political issues. All management positions are covered with externals

      Pros

      Colleagues (but not bosses) are kind, but not very proffesionals neither hard workers. Very well know company because their projects in the past, but very bad managed.

      Cons

      Old fashioned construction company with no professional bosses. This company needs fresh air. But the new workers they hire to try to change are fired in a year because the traditional bosses stop and blackball them. Most of the employees here want to move to other company.

      Pros

      Responsibility, good work life balance and good pay in senior roles. Very competent workers, making it a global leader in infrastructures.

      Cons

      Too much mobility, uncertainty about next working destination. Interns were not very interated in the organisation, and had to account for expenses that senior didn't (ie lunch, gas).
