Pros

Money is not bad despite the huge cut off. The training program is good. All the field engineers go through extensive training program including training school from one to three months depends on which segment.

Cons

Endless hours of work with tough work schedule. I worked 11 days on 3 off. Field work is tough and most of the employees in the field are jerk. Coil Tubing management is bad. I wouldn't recommend working for the company if you are care about your social life.
