Schlumberger is one of the best oil services word wide company, they respect their employees, and pay them good money, and also send the staff periodically to training school and courses. no one can insult you or hurt your feeling even your direct manager. if you have any issue you just contact the HR by email, and they will immediately solve it.

Cons

Actually I can't identify any cons or bad point on Schlumberger, I lost my job with them not because any issue with my job or any other issue, they just couldn't issue me a visa to my previous location due to some local government rules.
